The completion of transactions and handling of complaints are subject to specific timeframes, with a maximum cap of 48 hours from the initiation of the transaction. Should you encounter any discrepancies or fail to receive value for transactions conducted, it is imperative to notify our representatives within the stipulated timeframe. For transactions requiring further consideration beyond the specified timeframe, the decision to address such matters rests with the management.

This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the Website/Service. The failure of Faxmo Innovations Ltd to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
